History

They enter to the service in 1934, serving the Military Aeronautics, the Naval Aviation and later the Air Force for a total of 141 aircraft. Much of the Portuguese units were built under license by OGMA.They were replaced in 1955 by the De Havilland Chipmunk.
They were been used for elementary education pilot. The planes have been placed in Sintra Air Base, in the Flight Squadron Elementary Instruction then in the Aerodrome Military in Espinho and later at the Air Base of São Jacinto in Aveiro.
